2nd Annual Transportation Construction Law & Regulatory Forum
To give transportation design and construction industry professionals the skills they need to meet common legal and regulatory challenges, we are hosting our second annual “Transportation Construction Legal & Regulatory Forum” April 29-30 at the ARTBA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The program will cover a broad range of issues that could be faced on a transportation project, including: ethics and compliance, false claims, risk management and dispute resolution, environmental regulations, construction claims and DBE-related issues.
