Since ARTBA's beginning 105 years ago, the Research and Education Division has played a leading role in the formation of the nation's transportation policy. Annual dues are $175 for individual members or $450 for institutional members (3 individuals + $150 for each additional individual). ARTBA also has an active student member/student chapter program. Membership is free to students (graduate and undergraduate) registered in transportation construction-related programs, such as civil engineering or construction management.
