Emerging Leader - Theresa Carr
Theresa Carr, a 2008 graduate of the Young Executive Development Program, is a project manager in the Transportation Business Group in the CH2M HILL Portland, Ore., office. She manages long-range transportation plans and analyzes the economic, land use, and social impacts of large-scale transportation projects under the National Environmental Policy Act. She supervises a staff of 14 planners and engineers in CH2M HILL’s Portland office.
Theresa has a bachelor’s in cconomics from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Mass., and a master’s of urban and regional planning from Portland State University in Portland, Ore. She is a member of Women’s Transportation Seminar, an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a member of the Transportation Research Board Social and Economic Effects of Transportation committee.
