SAVE THE DATE: 2nd “Transportation Construction Law & Regulatory Forum” Set for April 29-30

To give transportation design and construction industry professionals the skills they need to meet common legal and regulatory challenges, the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is hosting its second annual “Transportation Construction Legal & Regulatory Forum” April 29-30 at its headquarters in Washington, D.C.

The program will cover a broad range of issues that could be faced on a transportation project, including: ethics and compliance, false claims, risk management and dispute resolution, environmental regulations, construction claims and DBE-related issues. 

The two-day event will include presentations from leading industry law firms and industry groups including: the Construction Industry Ethics & Compliance Initiative; Watt, Tieder, Hoffar and Fitzgerald, LLP; Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP and Peckar & Abramson, PC.

The cost is $595 for members and $795 for non-members.
