In 2007, nearly 100 public sector attendees ranging from state DOT officials to state legislators attended the conference – people who are the key decision makers on the future of PPPs. This was in addition to the more than 200 private sector participants ranging from concessionaires, consulting engineers, contractors, financial professionals and more. This year we expect up to 450 public and private professionals at the conference with continuing significant participation by state DOT officials who help create partnership opportunities.
