Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing—e-mail is acceptable. The registration fee will be fully refunded if cancellation is received 30 calendar days prior to the event. If cancellation is received between 15 and 29 days before the event, your payment will be refunded less a 35% cancellation fee. There are no refunds within 14 days of event. Substitutions are welcome. No refunds for “no shows.”
