Why Should You Become a Sponsor?

In 2007, nearly 100 public sector officials attended the conference. These individuals are the key decision makers on the future of PPPs. The conference also drew over 200 concessionaires, consulting engineers, contractors, financial professionals and other individuals from private industres. This year we expect up to 450 public and private professionals at the conference with continuing significant participation by state DOT officials who help create partnership opportunities. Sponsoring an event at the PPV conference is your opportunity to reach key public and private sector decision makers! ARTBA will recognize your support through the conference program and marketing materials.

Sponsorship Levels

Companies can choose among several different sponsorship levels for this year’s conference:

Platinum Sponsors: $20,000
Platinum sponsors will receive the following benefits :

• Platinum level recognition in all marketing materials, on the conference website and throughout the conference;
• The opportunity to organize the session (topic subject to the approval of the conference organizing committee);
• A free table exhibit in our exhibit hall (located in the registration area and where all conference breaks will take place); A seat at the speaker’s table for the meal of your choice;
• Four free admissions;
• Active link in ARTBA’s Conference web page, with company logo;
• A full page advertisement in the conference program; and
• We will distribute either pens or other promotional materials to every conference attendee (you supply the materials and we’ll include them in every attendees’ conference registration package)
• Platinum sponsors may also select from one of the following exclusive opportunities (first come, first served)
• Exclusive sponsorship of one of the two keynote luncheons Exclusive sponsorship of the name tags and lanyards (you provide the lanyards)
• Exclusive sponsorship of the Monday night reception before the Awards dinner
• Exclusive sponsorship of the conference tote bags (you provide the bags with your logo, name, etc.)

Gold Sponsors: $10,000
Gold Sponsors will receive the following benefits : The opportunity to organize the session (topic subject to the approval of the conference organizing committee);

• Three free admissions;
• Recognition of sponsorship in all conference marketing materials;
• Active link in ARTBA’s Conference web page, with company logo;
• A full page advertisement in the conference program;
• Signage at the conference registration desk; and
• Signage at the sponsored session

Silver Sponsors: $5,000
Silver Sponsors will receive the following benefits : Co-Sponsor one of the conference breakfasts;

• Two free admissions;
• Recognition of sponsorship in all conference marketing materials;
• Active link in ARTBA’s web page for conference, with company logo;
• A half (1/2) page advertisement in the conference program; and
• Signage at the conference registration desk and the sponsored conference breakfast.

Bronze Sponsors: $2,500
Bronze Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Co-sponsor a conference coffee break;
• One free admission;
• Recognition of sponsorship in all conference marketing materials;
• Active link in ARTBA’s web page for Conference, without company logo;
• A quarter (1/4) page advertisement in the conference program; and
• Signage at the conference registration desk and appropriate break.
