DESCRIPTION:The hotel room block is now full. If you did not book a reservation and have any questions\, please contact Allison Klein at aklein@artba.org or 202-683-1031. \nImportant Notes: Event registration is required to reserve a room at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas\, Las Colinas and each registered attendee is limited to one room for the duration of their stay.  To assist in this process\, a $50 discount on meeting registration fees will be given to guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas\, Las Colinas. If an attendee cancels a room reservation within the 72 hours prior to arrival\, the Hotel shall charge one night’s room and tax of the reservation to the attendee.  We ask for your cooperation with this policy\, which is intended to minimize financial penalties on ARTBA resulting from last-minute room cancellations.
