The Women Leaders Council (WLC) focuses on raising the profile of women within the association, as well as supporting and attracting more women to the transportation design and construction industry.
WLC supports ARTBA’s primary mission of aggressively growing, stabilizing and protecting transportation infrastructure investment, while working to showcase the benefits of a professional career in transportation design and construction.
