Pedestrian Road Deaths Up, Agencies Look to Screen-Guard to Saves Lives

What happened: A Feb. 28 report by the Governor’s Highway Safety Association (GHSA) shows pedestrian roadway deaths on the rise again during the first six months of 2022 – up five percent over the same time 2021 which marked a 40-year high. The report sites one death every 75 minutes.
