Transportation Spending Set for Fiscal Year 2026

What happened: President Donald Trump Feb. 3 signed into law the transportation appropriations bill, fully funding core highway and public transportation programs through Sept. 30. This action will allow states to continue committing federal dollars to projects during the last year of the 2021 infrastructure law.
