Coalition Comments Supporting NEPA Reform

ARTBA joined more than 40 industry groups in submitting comments to 12 federal agencies—including DOT, FHWA, DOI, and the U.S. Army Corps—supporting proposed updates to NEPA procedures. The coalition emphasized the need for predictable, efficient, and transparent reviews; urged full implementation of statutory deadlines and page limits; and recommended clearer guidance on scope, alternatives, and applicant-prepared documents to reduce delays and litigation risk.
