Coalition Comments: WOTUS Implementation

ARTBA and industry allies sent written follow-up comments to the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) following a Feb. 28 industry stakeholder listening session on the implementation efforts of the waters of the US (WOTUS) regulations. During the meeting, ARTBA stressed the need for transparency and asked several questions of the agencies regarding guidance and implementation documents. These questions are reflected in the coalition’s comments.
