ARTBA and industry partners on April 23 submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Army Corps of Engineers on the definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act.

The comments urged the agencies to align with the Supreme Court’s Sackett v. EPA decision and adopt a clear, legally sound definition that avoids federal overreach and supports timely infrastructure development.
