ARTBA on May 12 submitted comments to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in response to its request for input on regulatory reform priorities.

ARTBA urged OMB to support reforms that streamline project delivery, reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens, and enhance transparency across federal agencies. The association highlighted key labor and contracting concerns, environmental policy priorities and public rulemaking processes.
