Comments to OSHA on Heat Safety Standard

ARTBA filed additional comments to OSHA on its proposed heat safety standard responding to questions raised during a public hearing in June 2025. The filing addresses inquiries from OSHA officials and other participants and reiterates ARTBA’s call for a flexible, practical heat-safety standard that recognizes proven industry practices, regional climate differences, and the unique conditions of transportation construction work.
